Barbara Kennedy, Funding Analyst with this so called SBFC Law Group, PLLC tells me in emails how busy she is and is very rude. However, I still talk to her. It seems to me she has to figure out what scam she is running instead of being upfront. When you call, she says read your email unless you have an appointment with her. When she calls you, she is nicer but she has time to get everything together.
I dropped everything I was doing for her call to only be scammed. I was told by her to look no further for loans. I was told they would do a business profile and they could help us get a loan. Barbara said they could help us incorporate the business, they could help us get contracts written, etc. Of course, we would have to pay extra for all these services. She said I had to pay her $99 she would have Jason call us and discuss our options. This Jason called me told me he could not do anything until we did all the legwork and do everything we are already doing. He said when we got our personal credit fixed, got the business incorporated, built the business credit, then come back to them and they could help us. Therefore, I paid $99 for someone to call and tell me everything I put in my original email to them. RIP OFF!!!! They give no refunds. If this is an attorney behind this, he/she should lose their law license.
WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

I worked for this company personally and can tell you YES, there are a couple of attorneys behind this. I got fired because I wasn't dumb enough to see past their sceme and that scared them. I was hired under the impression this was a legit career, not some phony "job" they hired a bunch of high schoolers to do. Half of their family works there so its kept within their trust circle. They have their so called "underwriters" contact you and promise you things they cannot deliver just to get you to the next level that costs YOU more of your money. DO NOT use this "company". They just want your money, they don't care about your visions of a company owner or inventor and how to get you there. Needless to say I did not stay long and went on to be a Financial Advisor for a multi-billion dollar company. I can promise you they don't have half a clue of what it takes to operate a real business, especially one of helping others. Please take my advice as an experienced advisor and DO NOT allow this company to handle the legalities of your business plan. They are not accredited with the BBB.

I would like to add to the first complaint on this company. I just got an email from James and I called him back. He wanted $99 to get me started and I told him to call me back monday so I could do a little research about the company. I ran across this complaint and it saved me from making this mistake. I had a lot of question because he was worried about my credit when this is suppose to be based on the business. He did tell me about a few programs but I could do that on my own, because they are based on your personal credit. So what can they do for me that I'm not all ready doing for my self. Is there any programs that are true to the trade. I was going to put the letter on here because I wanted people to be warned. But after going though all my notes and emails I realized I never emailed them, called them, nothing and they gave me a customer number like I was already a customer. They are good at lying. I only called them because I thought I had talked to them before.
Good luck to anyone who deals with this company.
