*Consumer Comment: What credit card?
I ordered AVG anti-virus software from the company on 04 22-08, paid for by credit, and have not received any response for downloading the program. I am without a program awaiting the company's response. I contact ClickBank ref. my order, they responded requesting I contact the publisher directly which is: SBS Internet Soultions Inc.(as given); e-mail: clickbankST@
ulimited.com. Still no response. It is now 06-26-08 and am very frustrated! Any help (senior citizen here) appreciated.

What credit card?
AUTHOR: Northwest - (U.S.A.)

I'm missing some information here. On first reading I had the impression ClickBank wass an on-line bank. Looking up ClickBank on the web, I have the impression it is a retailer or clearing house for electronic purchases.
What credit card did you use? Is this a credit card from ClickBank or a major credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, that goes through a bank? If it goes through a bank, you can contact them and dispute the purchase for reasons such as, have not received product, not what I ordered, defective product, etc.
ClickBand does have a place for help on their site. I suggest trying them one more time, and if that doesn't do it in a reasonable time, go to the credit card company, assuming you used a bank card.
