"SCAMADVISER: is a company based in the UK. They will link to any legitimate website that has been in business for less than 1 year and they primarily target and link to  e commerce sites.

Their linkage usually gains a Google posiition  under the legitimate website and asks : "Is xyz company a scam website" ? Just the phrasijng is enough to make most consumers run from the site that is guilty of only being on the web less than 1 year, has taken out a URL for 1 year. 

Are those the conditions to create doubt in the mind of the  consumer the site is a SCAM ?

Yes. Consumers will avoid the site justn by the mere mention of "SCAM . These folks in the UK that operate that business know exaclty what they are doing each time they link to legitiamte sites. The inference is that sites with more than 1 year of paid URL usage are completely legitmate ? Nonsense. Any site can be a scam and only the people that are ripped off can report as opposed to having some dweebs from the UK rip off that company for their own enrichment. 

"SCAMADVISER  then "sells" a "Trust seal" to the legitimate company to remove the link of doubt. The web site could already have a trust seal or Authorize Net seal . "SCAMADVISER is ripping off both companies that are legitimate and misrepresent their accuracy to consumers.

If any company does NOT buy a trust seal they create a defacto shakedown of the company by not removing the innuendo stigma.
