This particular company contacted me about something they thought was my issue, however, they used vague and over critical wording and would not tell me exactly what the case was. (That was VERY unprofessional and illicit).They would not respond to my emails. Very rude and I would never trust this company.

This "ripoff" report was made May 31, 2014, a Saturday. I have no record of a conversation with any "Karen" for a full three weeks prior to May 31, and I cannot recall any conversation or correspondence with this person ever. I do not know who this might be.
I am not a rude person, and I am not vague about my opinion of the legal rights of people who hire me. I do not guarantee the outcome of litigation: No competent lawyer would. I have declined to represent people where I do not see a viable case, but I always encourage those people to get another opinion.
The word "illicit" carries the connotation of illegal activity. This is a false and offensive accusation. It is, in fact, slander per se. The person who makes such an accusation bears a heavy burden of proof.
I did not receive a complaint about "rudeness" or "vagueness" from any "Karen," or from anyone else, in advance of this report. I can only conclude that this report is a hoax. I encourage the person who authored this report to contact me, and I promise to do my best to address her concerns.
