Real Talk....If you looking for a job and you come across an ad that said hiring for receptionist u expected  it to be just that.. Same as if its manager position Well thats not what happen with scentra creation (phoenix management).. I went to the interview in middlesex nj 448 lincoln blvd and was excited ok...I was interviewed  and at the end of the interview Jennifer ask me i i had any questions or concerns...and I said yes I do...I ask if i would be out selling products ..tell me more about your company ..do I have to travel of some sort...now all these question I ask she said no but if i want to travel I can ....so she let me know that if they like me and my resume i would be giving a call back around 5:30pm... I got a call at 5:43pm from the young lady that was sitting in the front that I assume  was a receptionist was really an up coming manager name shawanna she made it seem like they was sooo impressed with me and they really want me to come back for a second interview.. Yes!!! I went back because I wanted to see were this was going,,, once I got there,,, there was quit a few people there we was called into this room were somethings was being explained but no one was letting us know we have to go out and sale perfume to get to the top to get in a office nothing ....they sucker u to be motivated and say things like (oh my car broke down or got repoed and u say ...good no problem)... etc..ect....Listen I dont have a problem with motivation ..I do affirmation meditation all those good things ...and love it ... its the lies that I hate its the nt keeping it real from the door I hate dont deceive me let me know what it s and i make the decision at the end not you because none of them are coming to take care of me or my bills what they did was wrong false advertise it took me a few days to figure them out for this company to have 230 rip off reports say a lot i can see if it was just a few but that many ...yeah!!! something is wrong  and I am not going for broke with them because at the end of the day when you don't have it or its all gone ...Donny ..Holly ...Jennifer and anyone else that's apart of this ...is not coming to take of you your bills nothing and there not letting you come to there house to stay either ever man for themself
