I got ripped off by a company and sought advice on how to get a refund from them. I turned to www.Consumer-Revenge.com, who stated on their website that their advice was legal and offered a money back guarantee if you didn't get results.
I ordered the eBook and reviewed its template letters. After researching a number of other sources, including ripoffreport.com, I decided that the letters sounded too threatening and might be construed as blackmail.
Feeling that the advice I received may not be legal, I emailed support stating my concerns and requesting a refund. After several days, I still have not received a response.
I am not a lawyer so my complaint is just my opinion. However, I am upset that I did not receive a response to my concerns.

I wanted to update my complaint to show that a refund was received, albeit not in a timely manner. Over a month after requesting a refund, I finally received it!
