Schemegame ripped me off, Internet

My account was billed for $39.95 (the internet was not going to bill me if I did not buy a game online) yeah right I did get billed. I called them up and demanded that they put it back in and they did but here is the catch (I guess) since then Schemegame has taken another  $2.23 ($1.00 on 3/26, another .03 on 3/26 again and now another $1.20 on 3/29).

I' m making this complaint because when I called on the 26th the gal on the other line said it would take up to 30 days to put it back in my account???  If they can put $39.95 back into my account on the same day they took it out which was on 3/29 why would they not put back the $2.23 at the same time??? If you can help and let others know I thank you so very much.   Sincerely yours,
