Schuylkill children n youth n My children were taking because of a domestic relationship I was in. I got out of that relationship about a month after they were taking. I've been doing everything they wanted me to. My case worker is Lindsey who let me tell you is no help at all. Needless to say my oldest son turned Pottsville Pennsylvania

My children we're taking April 22 due to me being in a domestic relationship. I got away from that relationship in May. Needless to say my oldest turned 18 in July so he came home. I've been doing everything they wanted I moved I'm going consuling. My 6 year old is still in the system he has been in 3 different foster homes in 7 months due to him acting out. Well the second home they put him in was in Danville pa I thought they were good people guess I thought wrong. Heres where things get bad. On august 15 I had a visit with my so. At FSU I go in to find my caseworker there saying I wasn't allowed to have my unsupervised visit because when my son was 4 he took a shower with me cuz the tub was broke he had tubes in his ears n was afraid of showers.

So more or less she was accusing me of something so any mothers natural instinct is to get mad I did just that n because I did they put the FSU place oN lockdown. My next visit was suppose to be two weeks later but I was sick n had to cancel so therefore my next was on August 15th. Well on august 12th I got a call that the people he was with wanted an emergancy removal of my son,they moved him Friday the 13th. I had a visit with him on August 17th n when I got him at the FSU to my surprise my 6 yr old was bruised from the butt down. His new foster home reported it to her supervisor on August 14th.

I took my son to the er n explained to them that he was in the custody of Cny n that I got him looking like that. The er took blood work  n X-rays to see what I could of been. Everything came back normal only thing was is his iron was a little low that's all they could find. When I got his release papers it clearly said to follow up with his primary doctor n they referred him to a child abuse clinic in Harrisburg pa. I took him there n surprise surprise my caseworker didn't show she sent someone who had no clue what was going on also they didn't send in the pictures they took but I had my own.

Since his appointment in Harrisburg no one will tell me anything. Cny has the report refuses to tell me what it says. They keep saying he had a disease so far it's been 3 different stories. They keep changing their story. Clearly it is not a disease n when you see the pictures I took in the er you can see the finger prints on his legs. My 6yr old told my mother n I when we asked if he was being spanked he said I can't talk about it. i mention it to my caseworker linsdey n all she can say is don't jump to conclusions. Every time I ask what happened to him I get no answers.

They give me the run around that it's not abuse that if it was the er would of contacted them but I explained to the er he was already in their custody so why would the er contact them he's already in their custody. I know their hiding the truth to save their butt. I had court on November 4 n they still kept him even though I've been doing everything they wanted n they still kept him. Now their excuse is one thing after another to keep him longer. Excuses they give 1 the garbage men didn't take the trash from outside my house was unsanatary for him to be In the house even though it was outside n the inside is clean the trash was from the peoe who lived here before me.

I got the trash taking care off so their next excuse was I didn't have his bed here yet because I moved to a new home. Well I got his bed n everything for him so their next excuse was my mental health. I see a conseler n take meds so now their excuse is my son needs to stop acting up. That's not why he was taking from me. He needs to come home that's why he's actin up. I'm gonna sue them due to what happened to my son n need help anyway possible to get him back. Cny is screwing with us bad. please help me
