If they are charging through your debit card, call your bank/credit union and tell them that you lost your debit card and want to get one with a completely different number.

If they are using your account & routing number, tell your bank/credit union that you lost your checks and want to close the account and open a new one.

Make sure you tell the bank of any transactions that you WANT to go through, such as mortgage, car payment, gas purchase, etc until you can update the legitimate companies with the new card/account number. Hope this helps you out.
