On or about 24 January 2014, I was on the internet and an offer to check my credit came along after one of the surveys I used to partake in.  The company advertised a free trial period for $1 to view creedit score from the major three (3) entities.  It further clainmed that I could cancel my membership within 7 days.  By 27 January 2014, I emailed the company to cancel my membership to prevent my paying $29.95 as a monthly charge. I also received an email sstating it would take up to ten (10) days to cancel yet my account membership had been cancelled.

I have attempted to contact this company by email and recently, by telephone; however, I have had to hold as long as ten (10) minutes before I could speak to anyone.  The latter occurred for the last time on 3 March 2014.  I have literally been attempting tocancel my so-called membership since 27 January.  I'm angered because this company will not return my  payments to me.   On 3 March, I attempted to call this company and simply held on until someone finally answered my call.  I do not his name (email sent to med) nor do I remember her name (woman I spoke with on 3 Mar); however, I was told that "the only way to cancel membership is by telephone."    I explained to her that I had been trying since 27 January 2014 to cancel my so-called memebership.  I then mentioned to her that it is evident that that company needed my $59 and some cents more than I.  I told her "goodbye" and hung up.

I managed to keep one or two of the emails that were sent as a reply to me.  I simply would like that company to refund my money because not only is the advertisement somewhat misleading, but also this company insists on keeping the amounts of money that was deducted from my SSI.  I really thought that ScoreSense would be able to help get my credit back on track but now I know better.  I'll work with a more reputable company.

This was deducted from my debit card.  I have to also contact Social Security to stop payment to the preauthorized payment.  This is why I cancelled the so-called membership in the first place.
