First they deceive you into thinking there is only a $1 fee for the trial period.  Once you enter your credit card information and hit submit, you find out you were charged $29.95. Now they do send an email telling you you have seven days to cancel and your card will not be charged the $29.95. 

The rip-off is this....once you miss that seven day window, and you cancel at any point after that, even though you have paid for AT LEAST one month of service, you no longer have access to the service as of THAT DAY! They try reducing the price, offering you all of these other services to not cancel. However, once you put your foot down and say "NO!" to it all, you're told, "Then your service is over," and they walk away with your $29.95, in my case for 10 days of service.

Once you pay for one month, you should be entitled to one month of service that ends 30 days from the membership date. They are just hijacking folks' money and providing not providing the promised service in return.
