I got an e-mail in Dec. 2012 giving me an offer to check my credit reports for free. I had to give my credit card number to see the free report. I checked my reports that one time and then forgot about it. Then in Feb. 2013, they charged $29.95 to my CC. I contacted them by the phone # on their website and was told it would take 3-5 days for a decision about a refund.

I received an e-mail saying a refund was denied. I am a senior living on Social Security, and I cannot afford this kind of a scam.
