I gave them my bank card for the $! fee for a trial membership. I cancelled the service but they charged me for 2 months which caused my bank to charge my account $140.00 in NSF fees. They reimbursed me the membership fees but refuse to reimburse the bank charges. They did nothing for me with the service either. They have caused me much trouble as I am a diabled person and only have the money that disability gives me. I live below poverty level so any time money is taken from me it adversely affects me. They have stolen from me and it took a lot of hassel to get my original money back. They caused me harm. My condition reacts badly to stress and they definitely stressed me. I had an attack as a result of this problem. They need to be held responsible for their treachery.

Scoresense and help

You tell me that you can't refund my NSF charges because you didn't charge them but you caused them. They should not have been charged to my account because you charged me and caused the fees.

You also say that your website tells the fee you charge but I didn't see that. I looked. Your person says that it's all over the website. I wasn't when I signed up. Never got the welcome email. Checked my spam folder.

I used the service for the 1st credit score report. Apparently someone got in my account because I didn't use your service. I am very dissatisfied that you refuse to help me with this.

I only have what I get from disability each month and when that is gone that is it. I have been very careful with my money until your charge hit. I had no idea you would charge that amount each month. It is not clear. You did not even offer the amount.

I will continue my fight until I am satisfied.

You will get a refund.  All you have to do is get the company to LISTEN to you.  Your objective is to get them to cancel their contract and give you a refund.  You do that by contacting the officers and directors of a company.  Contact the Secretary of State and get the information disclosed on their filings with the state.  Then attack and be creative.  Call and write the customer service department and complain.  Demand written responses.  Keep asking for someone who can give you an answer to your complaint, a decision maker.  This takes some effort, but the company will submit.  You will create more paperwork and disruption than it is worth to them.  When done, thank them for LISTENING.
