Scoresense scores on deceptive services,

Scoresense obviously has a calculated behind the curtain approach to selling its services. the market themselves and their services saying that the cost is only $1.00 and 7 days later your credit card has a 29.95 per month charge. when you call to discuss this issue with them the operator response is also well thought out and very calculated, they say no refund, you confirmed it was ok to bill you and you knew what services were included and how much they would be.

like type services cost < $10.00 and you pull up when you need it and if you want the protection services any good reputable insurance firm will be around $6-$7 per month. they charge $29.95 per month. lastly they can easily figure out how to automatically charge your card after a 7 day period but they cant figure out how to cancel service on a specific date. if i wanted to use the service and at least get my one month of service then it would be my responsibility to call back and cancel before the next billing cycle. DO NOT USE this group - THEY ARE A RIPP-OFF!!!!

simple fix - Return my money and others that had the same issue

ScoreSense Customer Service,

The fix is simple, immediately refund my $29.95 and refund others that had the same issue.

I already talked to your Customer Service and they had a very calculated response, one that I am sure they have used a lot. It was basically a statement that i hit the agree button and as such no refund regardless of the what your client feels.

Make it right and treat your clients like clients. If you have a good product it will stand on its own merit and clients will gladly pay you. 

I will be sure to let everyone know if you make good on the charges.
