Scoresense apparently bought Kredit Karma out and charging now and own 40 other credit companies I have used Kredit Karma several times and went online a few weeks ago to check myself and my son's credit reports. Iwas sent over to scoresense and told my credit report was still free, but it would, Internet

I went to Kredit Karma to check out my self and my son's credit scores. I was taken over to Scoresense. I was still told it was free, but asked to pay $1.00 and once I looked at my report the dollar would be refunded.  I ended up being charge two $29.95 charges along with the  two $1.00 charges. I called and they said they would refund me the charges and they would show up within 24-48 hours.. The two $1.00 charges were refunded, but the two $29.95 charges were not. When I called today to find out when they would be creditied, they told me that corporate, denied the refunds.

When I asked who at corproate I could talk to, they said they only had an emaila ddress for them; no phone numbers. When I asked where theey were based out of, again, he told me he didn't know and was not authorized to tell me that. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told there was no one at this office which was located in Ga. that could help me. I asked him to resubmit the request again and I'm suere they will deny it again. I am giong to call my bank and see if I can dispute the charges... I see almost two hundred other complaints against this company.. This is an outrage and Something has to be done..  They said that Scoresense bought Kredit Karma out..  I have always gone in the past to Kredit karma for credit info ansd scores.. No they r ripping us off.
