Scoresense Charged my Visa card $29.95 for a service I did not knowingly request. Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Scoresense posted on the web that they were offering free credit reports as mandated by the Federal Trade Commission. Once into the website, score sense asked for a $1.00 refundable fee for processing. Seven days later my Visa was charged $29.95. When i called customer service, scoresense refunded my $1.00 but refused to refund my $29.95. I then cancelled my Visa card in order to head off any more unauthorized charges scoresense might make on my Visa account. I have filed a dispute with my credit union. Scoresense in located in Texas but exactly where I have been unable to determine. Please contact your congress person, senators, and Senator Warren and report this bait and switch scam.

Scoresense has not returned my money

The following was sent to me by scoresense  after I spoke with three different customer service representatives. The first rep had a thick accent and would not listen to what I said. The second Rep said he was located in Pennsylvania but had to get approval from the accounting department. The third rep who said he was in Texas argued with me. I then got the following from scoresense vis email.
