I used this service and I was happy with it at first. I am a college student and I notice that I didn't get my financial aid and decided to cancel all my memberships. I had delayed calling scoresense till sunday afternoon. I had call customer service and I was told that they cancel my membership as per my request then I ask for a refund because they billed me a day early.

Today I want to check my email and they didn't approved my requset becasue they said that they billed me. How can you not refund someone's money if they just got billed on the sameday they called. I am so upset with this company that I will never use their service again. They use salespeople that want to get people's money. I told the guy on the phone that I can not afford any money coming out because of school and they just don't care. Very bad business people.

Thank you so much, This issue has been resolved. My refund has been refunded. Thank you. I still love your service. I will come back once I am completed my degree and financially able to use your service again.

Refund

I have called and all they would say is that they will file for a report for the refund and that I will get an email letting me know if my refund is approved. I am really a struggling student that is not working and living with my mother who is retired. I informed the person and it has not helped.  My financial aid had not come in and I told the guy I spoked to about it. I don't know the guy's name because it is a one of their call center.

I told the first guy that I was coming back when I am able to be financially able to and he said that he understood and he didn't want me to have the membership if I was not financially able to, but they would take the money I really need. The money I have in my account is really important when it come to me eating. What can I do if that is what I am being told. I am really upset and hungry.
