On July 13, 2015,I signed up for a 7 day trial for $1 with Scoresense.com to get my credit report to have while apartment hunting online. I found what I was looking for. I had to go out of state on the 19th on a family emergency, so was unable to call in to cancel until the 22nd. On the 22nd, I found that I had been charged $29.95 on July 20 for the next 30 days of service. I called customer service and explained to the rep why I was 2 days late in cancelling, but I no longer needed the service, and was it possible to get a credit for that charge. He said he would forward the info, but couldn't promise anything. On Aug 2, I received an email advising me that I was getting a credit for the $1 charge, but not the $29.95. I emailed back stating my dissatisfaction with that decision. Today I got another email stating that the credit for $29.95 was not approved. So, because I was 2 days late cancelling due to an emergency, they are keeping my money for the next 28 days of service that I cannot use. I told them their business practice is less that ethical and that I would be posting on Ripoff Report and Google reviews.

I emailed scoresense.com yesterday that I was posting on RipoffReport and lo and behold! received an email today that they are refunding the $29.95. Will watch for it to show up, and will update as necessary. Thanks for the "juice".
