scott and sons auto sales repossessed my car when i came in to pay houston Texas

On 12/07/15 i went to scott and son to get a car. I told them im disabled and im on a fixed monthly income and gave them my price range. They put me in a 1998 toyota camry for 800 down 300 a month total price 7,531.46.

2 weeks later they called me reqesting a payment of $300.00 I informed them agian about my fixed income and i dont recive my check until the 7th of january they said that was uninceptable.

When i recived my check i went to pay the car note on the 7th.

They said they need to reinspect the car, and ask for the key. At that time he drove away and the brother told me they had  reposed my car.

I was stranded with no way to get home. didnt let me get any thing out of my car then stared to talke to me bad, wouldnt even give me a number to a cab.

On All day for this to happen on my birthday 60yr stranded on the northside of houston. i live in Wharton tx I had to walk to  a tire shop to call a cab, and that was costly.
