Scott Baker, Scott Mcdonald Of Health Plex In Muskogee Oklahoma Ripped me off! Filed false contracts Ripoff Muskogee Oklahoma

My friend and I found a free 2 week membership trial in the back of the phone book. So we called to make sure that the information was correct. We called and the company and they said it was absolutely free. We had friends at the club and were contemplating on joining the club.

When we got there Scott talked to us and tried to get us to join right off the bat. We said we wanted to try it first to decide if we wanted to join. Scott said that was fine. Next Scott had each of us fill out a waiver. This form was to assure that if I got hurt at the club while working out they would not be liable for my injuries. I read the form he wanted me to sign and it was a waiver, on one side the other said of the form was a contract. Scott said initial the box and sign the bottom line. I said I'm not sure if I want to join, do I still need to sign? Scott replied that this was just for the waiver and we will fill in the rest if I decide to join. Scott said all I had to do is give him my name, address and person to contact in case of an emergency. Next Scott asked for my driver's license number. I asked him what he needed it for. Scott replied I need to make sure I have the correct information if something happens to you. I replied that I would give him that information if I decided to join the club. Next he asked me to give him my bank account number. I again told him that I would give him that information if I decided to join.Then Scott took us on tour of the club and then he again asked if I was ready to join. Then Scott began telling me about the discounts the club had, then I mentioned that my mother was a GP employee. He asked me her named and I told him. I said she may be in to talk to you about a family membership later and that if she decides to join then I will join with her.. So, I worked out for 1 week, then school started back and I was just too busy and stopped working out. Scott told me that if I didn't come back in the two weeks he would rip up the waiver and that would be the end of it.

Scott sent in my forms anyway. Although he promised he would not. So on Oct. 29 my mother received a letter from ABC Financial stating that she needed to pay for her membership. My mother knew she did not have or sign for a membership at Health Plex. She called ABC and they said her name was not on the contract but mine was. So I went and talked to Scott and he said it would be taken care of. I asked Scott if I could see my contract and he couldn't find it. Scott filled out the contract portion of the form for me although I didn't really agree to join. Scott never gave me a copy of the waiver he said I didn't need it unless I joined. Scott called ABC financial and had the account transferred into my name. As of Nov. 1, 2005 it has still not been taken care of. Scott repeatedly lied to me and I believe he has no intentions of correcting this problem. So for all of you reading this rip-off report BEWARE OF SCOTT BAKER AKA SCOTT MCDONALD OF HELTH PLEX IN MUSKOGEE,OK he will rip you off!!!
