It took 4 Four years for this con man to write anything becaus he is being pursued by MANY lawyers.

Owes thousands of dollars to all the other FAKE jobs he didn't do.

Go check the Porter county Courthouse.  All the licensed roofers said this would have been a lengthy job, NOT a 20 minute nothing scotch tape job.  THis Scott or Chuck is NOT licensed. If he thinks he can get an architect and lengthy legit job done in 20 minutes then hes a magician. How come hes not performing magic acts?????

 The lady contacted me for a repair to the roof and gutter. She showed me a scetch of what her husband wanted done. I gave her a price of $100.00 and told her that I could do this while I was there and would not have to come back because for one, I had what I needed in my van for the repair being that is was a simple repair.

Not only that live in Gary and this was in Valpo which is about a 40 minute commute. I did exactly what her husband wanted and took me about 20 minutes to complete. She then contacted me about a week later insisting that I didn't do what they wanted and was so very rude about the whole situation. She made this report and completely lying about it. I did exactly what they wanted and I believe they had an issue in there flashing or something else.

I believe they probably knew of the situation prior to me going out there and are trying to pin this on me.people always are Leary of the contractor but this is a case of a home owner being dishonest. And this happens more than people think. Clearly this woman is nuts. And not only --- if the husband gave her a scetch of what he wanted done then why did he put his wife up to this and then when they had the same problem a week later then why didn't he call me.It shows what the man is really about.

Scott Charles Stetlow a/k/a Chuck's Handyman service is the most expensive joke I have ever experienced. He was to fix a leak in the shower in our second bath and install 2 sink fixtures, one in the same bathroom and the other in the kitchen. We had NO LEAKS before "Chuck" did any work in the kitchen of in the bathroom sink.  Our garbage disposal also worked. When Chuck finished the job which he quoted at $175 and would take an hour, we had leaks in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks and the shower still leaked. He blamed the bathroom sing leak on a faucet fixture he "never" heard of. It was a Moen, a well known brand. The leaks all came from the drains. Also the garbage disposal no longer worked. We had him come back for 3 days in a row to make things right. He was unable to and he clipped us for $355.00 in total. My brother in law, a CPA, took one look at the drain in the bathroom and saw the issue. Chuck had the PVC pipe cocked at an angle so there was no seal o0n the drain.

Do NOT let Chuck in your house unless you want your pocket picked.
