Finally, there is a real and apparently legitimate Scott C Redman in Lake Havasu, Utah. He is a real, legitimate Occupational Therapist. That man has a different birthday, personal history and occupation. An occupational theraist is not at all the same as a psychotherapist, psychotherapy counselor, social worker or Marriage/family counselor. The problem of fraud involves Scott Curtis Redman, (dob x-x-79).

Above report corroborated by healthgrades

The healthcare provider review website, healthgrades, has modified the official listing for Scott C Redman since I filed the report above. Health Grades posts sanction information received directly from the state regulatory boards involved. Healthgrades has now posted state sanction actions against Scott C (Curtis) Redman from the states of Illinois and Florida. They have included a link to the Florida order. The reports at healthgrades independently further corroborate my previous report of Scott C Redman's fraudulent activity. Moreover, healthgrades identifies the Scott C Redman sanctioned for fraud in Florida as one and the same person as Scott C Redman sanctioned in Illinois.

Mr. Redman has a history of denial and obfuscation when confronted with the evidence. Since my previous rippoff report was filed, he removed a myspace account with photos of himself in Florida, showing that he is the same Scott Redman pictured in promotional material for his fraudulent practice in Illinois. Perhaps he erroneously believes that there are no time-stamped screen shots of those pages or server records at that social media website.
If Mr. Redman attempts to resume practice elsewhere, do not be confused by smooth talk and double talk. You can see in the Florida report that when the state itself confronted him with hard evidence of his fraud, Mr. Redman denied his fraud, which was as plain as the nose on his face. He ultimately surrendered his fraudulently obtained license in a deal that avoided additonal charges. That's all in the State of Florida report online.
It is as yet unknown to me whether the State of Illinois will indict and criminally prosecute Mr. Redman for his fraudulent activities here, but that seems an option that would remain available to the state.
I would not feel compelled to post these reports if I could be confident that Mr. Redman would not resume his fraud, but his history of fraud and his persistence in fraud since 2009, even after getting caught redhanded by the authorities, raises the liklihood that Mr. Redman will resume his fraudulent representation of himself as a mental health clinician of some kind.
