Scott Dinsmore Harasses black female landlord of raul hernandez manhattan beach California

Scott Dinsmore claims he is the relative of Raul Hernandez and Remedios Hernandez who live at (((redacted))), Los Angeles, CA  90066 and has assisted them for five monts now in damaging the unit and calling the housing department to notify them of bogus claims such as their lights not working or repairing holes in doors  and other minor items that were not noticed to the landlord, an african american female, and just this week after not allowing entry they stated their water heater broke and then sent a bill most likely over the amount normally charged when it was to be replaced the same day.  Even when the l landlord contacted te police for harassment, they had not showed up for more than one hour.  Scott Dinsmore being an attorney appears to be setting up the landlord for a hughe lawsuit and she will attempt to defend , however, knowing that he has alliances with several jewish people who already defrauded her of other real estate is also afraid of the courts in ssanta monica .  knowing that recently a judge governing a unlawful detainer case was delaying the trial as he was related to the bank attoney with East West.  Is anyone interested in  a class action suit?  It seems like there is a team of people including some asscoiated with the police who are seeking to defraud minorities of their real estate and secondly of their lives here in Los Angeles.
