I have read several of the others comments on Lowery Law Office in Denver, CO and I have taken some of the advice. I am in the process of contacting an attorney to help me fight this idiot.
However, I have to say this office is starting to scare me a little. They are now calling me on Saturday's and Sunday's and holidays (Thanksgiving). They do not leave messages I just notice it on my caller ID.
The bill that I owe was back in 2006 and all of a sudden I am hearing about it now. I tried to talk to them and get the information sent to me and they will tell me about it on the phone but never sends me anything to prove to me about anything.
Does anyone have any other help for me. Anything is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for your help.
