i paid in advance for a triple wide mobile home and contracted him to move and set up the home i was to be able to move into the home june 2009 and im still not in it !!! i couldnt even get him to move out of the home in sept i contacted the bradley county tn sheriff dective (who know him all to well) and was informed the list of rip offs is long and all over the states the FBI has been investagating him also. because of the contract they  were to arrest him for fraud (i think) but then he moved the home to my lot and more or less dumped it there ... but not before he stripped what he wanted out of it .... even down to the thermostat for the ac ...can you belive this guy. so im out of state working and the home is ruining in the weather... i have over 228 text messages telling me he will do this or that asking for more money saying it will be finished soon but soon never comes thru
