Scotty Tassone, Real Estate Con Man Ripoff Anaheim California

I too was a victim of this con man.  He stole about $10,000 from me, also in 2005.  He actually used the same house in Anaheim Hills.  Gave him  $8,000 check, stupid me.  When we went to look at the house, long story short, a few days before we were supposed to be closing the loan, there were different people in it.

I called the listing agent on the sign in the yard.  He told me the house had been sold to someone else.  He had never heard of me or Scott Tassone.  In fact he sent me to Anaheim PD and the Real Estate Licensing people.

Needless to say, nothing ever came of it.  The scum kept my money, never went to jail or was punished for any of his wrongdoings.  I see that today he is ripping people off in other ways.

Scott has no legal right to act as a Realtor or a Broker. His Realtors license is suspended. Also, Scott Tassone cannot act as a broker his realtors license is only a sales person's license. Contact the DRE by calling (213) 620-2072.

REAL PROOF SCOTT TASSONE IS A REAL CON MAN

** Scammed many in real estate, this includes an elderly woman.

** Pays victims with bad checks. These checks have account numbers on them that don't exist. This includes checks in the amount of $850.00 all the way up to $7,000.00. Three of these checks are pictured on this site. There are more of these checks out there. I personally know of 6 of these bad checks.

** Forges Documents and Contracts.

** Scammed the Government with multiple Bankruptcies. This includes using different Social Security numbers in 1994 and 1997.

** Bids on and Sells Real Estate without the owners permission.

** Acts as a Realtor with a suspended license.

** Scott identified himself to me as being a Realty World agent and is doing so as an infringement to the Realty World trademark.

** Scott signs for a company, SECURITY PACIFIC HOLDINGS Inc., all over my contracts at a time he wasn't working for or representing SPHC.

Scott Tassone has hurt so many financially. Scott doesn't realize how much pain he causes each victim. I guess because all he cares about is the money. Yet, how can someone con an elderly woman out of money she has earned over her life time? This is absolutely heart breaking. I know the con he pulled on me has caused so much grief. The hardest night for me was the night I talked to the owners of 2 homes I was suppose to have invested in. Once I knew I had been scammed I absolutely broke down. A 40 year old man crying like a baby. I know of 6 victims in Real Estate Scams alone that are out of over $70,000.00. I know of small time scams as well that this guy has done. How many more people will this guy scam? How many more fake checks will he pay victims with? How many more documents will Scott Tassone forge? How many more lives will he destroy and not give a d**n about what he has done?
