I rented my home to Scott and his girl friend Wendy Kelly and he abandoned the property leaving his two 20 year old sons occupying the property with no transportation. The boys partied the month he was gone causing $2,500 in damages. Scott wrote $5,000 in worthless checks, he is a fast talker and no one should rent their property to him.
