We were robbed by this realtor. He put in an offer over the listing price for us which we did not find out until the sale was completed. He was trying to look good and become one of Countrywide's elite agent . He wanted to impress Countrywide. We also paid well over the
homes worth to the tune of 50K due to a bogus appraisal. There was an apprasial done on this house when Countrywide ended up with it as a forclosure. This home was worth 330,000. House prices were in a free fall during that time. We asked for a new appraisal and paid 395.00 to get it.
The apprasial came in at the exact purchase price of 355,500. The apprasial was done by Countrywide and was a conflict of interest. Scott Williams knew all of this and did not represent us fairly in this sale.
Don't do business with this guy. He is not your friend and will rob you if he can.
