Scozak Auto Systems LLC Neil Marcellino, Zack Grosser Totally sold me a car under false pretence. Lied about condition over and over. Refused to do anything Hallendale Florida

 Bought a car from Neil through eBay sight unseen based on many conversations with Neil. My big mistake! He lied over and over about very specific questions I asked about the car. It was not even close to the condition that he portrayed it to be when it arrived (I bought it and had it shipped to NC). I contacted him within minutes of getting it and he hung up on me. I contacted the owner (Zack Grosser) and sent him (as he requested) a detailed list of problems with the car with the promise of remedy. I got nothing. He stood by the fact that Neil denied telling me any of the numerous lies he told in regard to the car. I filed complaints with the FL DMV, the BBB, and the FL dept. of consumer protection. Got no help from anyone. All I ended up with is a car that is worth half of what I paid if that because of the actual condition it was in. Neil and Zack are everything that gives used car dealers a bad name and the reason they have a bad name. I made the mistake of trusting Neil's word which turned out to be useless. BEWARE!!! He is nothing more than a liar and scam artist and so is his boss Zack because he refused to do anything to rectify the matter. I wish I had it to do over again, but I don't so maybe this will help someone down the road from being a victim of their lies and misrepresentations. By the other reports I've seen on here it looks like I wasn't alone in getting riped off by these people.
