I am frustrated with Scrap in a Snap (SIAS) too. I have tried to call their home office several times to get bills on my credit card fixed. I have been calling and emailing for over 2 months with no luck.

My big problem deals with their Memories by the Month program. I worked hard and got several customers to sign up for this and am now looking like the person committing fraud because I have customers who have been charged but not received it. I also added up the value of my April (?) kit (don't remember which one it was- it was received in JUNE) and it valued only about $35 and contained a bunch of discontinued crap they obviously wanted to get rid of. Only the first MBTM club contained the newsletter that was promised with all of them and they are shipped inconsistently.

I cannot even rectify my credit card charges because I have no idea what the charges are for since they bill when they receive the order but don't ship it until weeks or months later. I'm sorry- but this is just ridiculous! I now have 6 charges on my credit card for July but have received NO boxes. I have no idea what they are for or if they are accurate. I've already paid interest on these charges but don't have the product to SELL to recoup the cost. I'm LOSING money by working for this sham of a company. Such a joke.

If I didnt have several thousand dollars already invested in this business (I really wanted it to work! Im a stay at home mom who was looking to add extra income to my family!) i'd quit today.

They'll come out of the woodworks for money. There was a Report submitted the same day as yours, that has information you might consider. http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff65260/
This person from the other Report, advices that you contact their vendors. The vendors want to know. Just in case you have problems locating that Report, here are the addresses: Doodlebug Designs, 570 N. 1400 W, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116, Phone: 801-524-0050, FAX: 801-524-0055 or email: andy@doodlebugdesigninc.com

Here is the other vendor: Magic Scraps, 1232 Exchange Drive, Richardson, TX, 75081, Phone: 1-972-238-1838 or feedback@magicscraps.com

Not sure how much you have invested, but you may want to calculate further lost against what was invested. If you are already out in the cold, with no chance for a profit, it might be better to cut your ties. If you want to hold out then try discussing this with the vendors, as was mentioned in the other Report, or forward all disgruntled customers directly to them. If they are the ones in the wrong, then they should deal with the consequences.

You may want to consider asking for a refund, depending on how far along you are in the job, and refund policies.
