SCS Health Products Said I could refund the product for a full refund and 3 months later no refund and no progress Hollywood Florida

I ordered this product as a free trial and only pay $.99 for the shipping and handling on November 9, 2009.  I received the product November 24 and then billed for the product $150.    On November 27, I called to cancel the product and ask for my refund which I was told would be no problem as long as I returned any unused portion.  I complied to all the rules of returning the product, which cost another $13.00 to send it back.  It was received by DDanny on December 10.  Several phone calls on Jan 14, Jan 18, Feb 2 to Kelly the supervisor, and again on Feb 11 when I spoke to Eva S-13, the only response anyone can give is they will send it to refunds for escalation.  We know this doesn't work, yet, they will not let you speak to anyone above the supervisor.

Not only am I looking for my moneyd that apprarently isn't going to be rufunded, I am out an extra $13 for shipping.  They now have the product back which I am sure they are repackaging and reselling to other unsuspecting customers.  Why are they allowed to continue to false advertise when so many people are getting ripped off?????
