SCS PRIVATE FUNDING Scott Milbourne LOAN NEVER CLOSED AND NEVER WILL marietta, Georgia

In May of 2012, we thought we had finally sold our home. Our buyer was using SCS Private Funding of Marietta, GA. They had a letter stating what they were qualified to purchase, and so we packed up and made an offer on another property. 

Wish we would have done more research before moving. 

The end of June 2012 was when the trouble started. The loan was not going to close until the end of July, even though the "lender" had chosen July 16th. 
Several phone calls back and forth, they finally said the loan package would arrive on July 16th. 
Which came and went, with several more phone calls, emails and such stating that SCS Private Funding would close the loan if we could only give them more time. 
Extensions came and went, and I finally found the information I had been dreading but suspected all along: the cease and desist letter from the Ga Dept. of Banking and Finance. 
Yes, they are not even allowed or licensed to do business in GA!
Not only did we move out, make an offer that was accepted on other property, hire a home builder, architect and surveyor to create our dream home but we are living in an apt and our house has not sold. 
It is back on the market and we are praying it sells quickly. 

I have reported their continued attempts to contact me with their lies to the Dept. of Banking and finance. I am contacting Clark Howard and all the consumer media I can find and am happy to forward the email attempts to the treasury department, as those attempts constitute fraud. 

I dare Scott Milboure or anyone from this corporation to provide a rebuttal to this. 

Please run away from these crooks. They will take your money as they did with our buyer and you will not ever see it again. 
I hope that jail is in their future, and I pray that the people who have lost their money to these crooks can get some or all of it back.
