Scuba San Diego RIPOFF!! Horrible customer service false advertising company of crooks and subpar service La Jolla California

I highly encourage EVERYBODY to AVOID any services from "Scuba San Diego, Inc."

I found one of their flyers and thought it would be fun to take my gf on a kayaking tour on her birthday. Well on the day of the trip I checked the highly convoluted driving directions they had sent me and called for an address and make my own directions. This is how my conversation went

Me- Can you please help me, I need an address so I can mapquest the driving directions there
Jerk- (annoyed voice) Didn't you receive an e-mail with the directions?
Me- Yes but they are kind complicated and convoluted
Jerk- No one ever gets lost following those directions (angry voice), I have given those directions thousands of times
Jerk- Read the directions carefully, CANT YOU READ?
Me- Whats your name?
Jerk- Rod Watkins

I was going to complain to the supervisor and by looking at the website he is the president of this small crappy company.

I was hoping to meet him face to face when I went to the meet up place at a flagpole at the beach, where I found many other confused patrons unsure about the directions and who they are supposed to meet.

The jerk Rod Watkins wasn't there but a guide by the name of Doug was leading us, we were all supposed to meet there at 11am it took him over 1 hour to have everything set up. If people make reservations in advance the least they can do is have all the equipment ready for us. We launched our kayaks at 12pm and I noticed our guide was really bad at giving the tour guide. Where I saw other guides from rival businesses give great tours to their patrons ours just ignored us the whole way and told us to follow him.

The supposed 2.5 hour guided tour was only 50 minutes and at the end of the tour we were supposed to get bag lunches that we paid for but we didn't get anything.

Horrible! Horrible Service, I will never use their service again and I will do my best to dissuade anyone I know from using their service also.

I am going to report them also to the Better Business Bereau
