SD Auto Body Shop (PHIL OWNER) TOTAL RIP OFF LIAR AND TERRIBLE DISHONEST BUSINESS San Diego California

I was involved in an accident back in 2013. I was thinking of having my car painted at the time as well. So along with the repair of the back bumper a (1350 fix) I payed and additional 2600 dollars to have the whole car painted. The manager at the time took longer then usual and I was not happy at the poor job there were spots all over the car and the car was not painted as how they told me it would be dents dings removed and the whole car would be painted. I had to bring it back twice to get it good enough so that I would accept it. About 4 months later the car paint started to peel I notified the manager and he told me to bring it in to have it fixed. When I brought it back the original manager was not there and the owner PHIL had taken over. Phil said the original manager was fired and that he was stealing and had been arrested and to contact him because it was his fault and he should pay for it or get it done by him becuase he was responsible he gave me his number and contact info (which is illegal). He stated try getting your car fixed by him and if not I will take care of you. So I contacted the old manager of course he said I had to take it to the place he was employed at the time. I brought it back and he said sure he understands and will take of it bring it back when I could drop it off for a week to have it redone. I said fine we shook hands and I left. When I brought it back the owner Phil refused and told me yes he knows it was done there but he would not do it because his former employee was stealing from him and he would not honor his word.  He blamed me for this saying I did a back door deal with the old manager (which I did not) and that it was my fault.  THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE SNAKE AND LIAR (PHIL). HIS COMPANY OVERCHARGED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THE PAINT STARTED TO PEEL 4 MONTHS AFTER I PAID A TOTAl OF $3,800.00 AND HAVE A CAR THAT LOOKS TERRIBLE AND HAS PEELED PAINT EVERY WHERE PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE THERE. THE ADDRESS IS 3698 1/2 MAIN STREET RIGHT ACROSS FROM 32ND STREET NAVAL BASE DRY SIDE AND THE NUMBER IS 619 892 7575. HE IS A CROOK. I AM FORMER NAVY I URGE ANY OF MY SERVICE MEMBERS TO STAY AWAY!
