On June 24-2002 I called the company sdi legeand publishing to get some informatoin on a product that I had seen on tv.The representaive(Jeff)on days at ex.273 wanted to tell me of another one of the companys products.So I listen to his presentation,with that presentation came a 40 day money back guarantee. After he finished, the first words out of my mouth was do the 40 days start when i receive the materials.Jeff exect words were yes.
I received the materials on july 8-2002.The 40 days money back guarantee would have not been compelet untill the 16 of August.I called on the 12 of August to let the company know that I had sent the materials back,only to find out that the company had
already taken the money out of my account.
The head of custom serviceP.Patazio called me ask to send all of the receipt.So i did .A week later she calls and tells me that the company will refund my money,but it takes 6 to 8 weeks, that was on 9-05-2002.I have not noy seen mt money to this day

Ron LeGrand was bought out of SDI several years ago, and no longer has anything to do with SDI. Nearly all of the complaints I have heard about SDI are from after he left.
