This is a scam, As stated Shawn and the people working with him will guide you through setting up a paypal business acount and then you are doing this processing, created these buttons. And then he has you wire money and you get a small portion, so i wired over $2,000 and i kept $80.  So after 30 days i got a chargeback from paypal, so i reached out to Shawn and at first he sounds, all concerned like this happens all the time. He even has a email template to send to paypal and a tracking number and all for this so called electronic product that he sent the person. After several conversations with him then he started becoming rude and state that paypal would not come after me and he knows how this works and it is for the banks to figure it out. I told him at the end of the day it is my name and my account that is attached to paypal, thank goodness i closed my personal checking account that was attached or they would have hit my account for this amount.

When i ask him what product was he said it was for to set up and get a Grant. So after the back and forth with him he will not give the money back and i am left holding the bag, and now i am getting collection calls from paypal for the repayment of the money. and ohh yea. Shawn told me i need to file charges against the woman, that ask for chargeback, are you serious how about i file charges against you for this being a scam.

 Please please do not get involved with this Cash and Carry and or Shawn and or anything with third party processing, it is a scam and you will be left holding the bag, and they will have the money.
