Complaint Review: SDS
SDS Superior Detection Systems The company is demanding we pay two months monitoring service even though we will not be living at the residence. The person on the phone was very rude. If he had been nice and matched the other alarm company's install rates and monthly fees we would have stayed with SDS. I guess he has so many customers he does not care to keep exsisting customers. SDS raised our alarm fees without giving us notice. They just started taking additional fees out each month than we had originally agreed.
The man on the phone was very rude and said we need to pay him two months cancellation fee. It does not say that in the contract. We are giving him two months notice; but I am not paying him two more months monitoring fees when we do not live here.
We gave them an opportunity to stay with them by matching the quotes we received from another alarm company. They would not match the quote and he had an unproffessional attitude.
