I ordered my wedding ring from Sea of Diamonds and after 1 short month, a diamond fell out of the ring. This company told me I would need to pay for the replacement diamond (and shipping both ways) since it had been after their 30-day return policy.
They said they cannot guarantee that other diamonds will not fall out of my ring, and that actually this is very common.
This company does not stand behind their products or, most importantly, their customers. If you order jewelry from this company and something goes wrong, you better hope it happens before the 30 days is up. Otherwise, you're screwed and left wondering why you bought such a piece of crap ring from a piece of crap corporate company.
Save your money and buy from local jewelers who stand behind their products. Find a jeweler who values his/her customers.

Purchase ring on 11/3/13 and Returned diamond ring on 11/4/13 to address provided by Sea of Diamond customer SOD (Returns) 510 West 6th Street Suite #320 Los Angeles, CA 90014 USA RA#-45711-1104-LL through email. I also placed a complaint with the BBB case# 340646. The California USP Service Case #CA116739515.
