I have purchased a 25ft. cc seafox boat from Typhoon Performance one year ago. The boat has some manufacture defects in it. I have been in contact with the manufacturer but they want to drag thier feet with my compliants. The boat is under a limited 10 year warranty, all defects are under warranty.

SeaFox Boats called and stated boat was to be picked up on Thrusday. The was not picked up today and now they stated it will go on Tuesday next week. Problem with trucking co again.
