Sealmaster,Inc no warranty or service on product , Northbrook, Illinois

Sealmaster came out and applied their fabric protector to our polyester kitchen chairs. Shortly thereafter 1 chair became soiled. Sealmaster came out to service and clean the spot. Per instructions,we did not sit on the chair for 24 hours. After several months,we found a lightning of color in the place where the spot used to be. Sealmaster was contacted and we were told "polyester is not an appropriate fabric to be treated" Technician subsequently came out to determine if further cleaning was needed.They told us the lack of color occurred during their spot removal cleaning process.They also disagreed when we told them that "no one had told us that polyester was not a suitable fabric to be protected." They were going to report this to the company. After waiting a week, no one called us. We called Sealmaster, they told us there was nothing they could do.They do not supply nor have a warranty on this product.We were simply "out of luck". The only thing we were entitled to was one free cleaning and since they had been out to the house 3 times, they had lost too much money on us. We now doubt the validity of the product,the company as well as its integrity.
