Sealmaxx, Enviroclean I got LOUSY service too!! St. Louis Missouri

Winsome45 - I had similar, though far less dire, experiences with SealMaxx St. Louis. My job was done far later than promised, but at least it was completed. It was a smaller job than yours...a total of about $1,700 or so.

I'll second your opinion about how the deck looks afterward. Mine looks like it's at least 10 years old now - heavy grain, washed-out color, mottled appearance - even though it just turned three. It looked far better before SealMaxx got its hands on it, frankly. I'm regretting that I didn't just call someone to power-wash, seal and stain it.

I too wrote Scott Mosby and, like you, received no response from him. Apparently the stratospheric price of SealMaxx's shabby service and ephemeral warranty are used to buy the voices of the visible for at the price of their reputations. I have this Saturday marked on my calender to call his show and ask some pointed questions about deck services. Tune in and listen.

Anyone in the STL area contemplating using SealMaxx is free to e-mail me at -----. I'll let you come look at my deck, view my invoice to confirm price, and see the copy of the "warranty" offered by this outfit. Then I'll let you make your own decision about whether to contract with them.
