T mobile bought a experia phone back in aug 2013. for 600.00 on credit. with in a month the phone wouldnt turn back on one day. called them and was told to send it back in the package i had recieved it in. so went to the fed ex and they advised post office was a better way, so post office took the package, scanned and insured it for 500.00. I thought all was swell until i didnt recieve my replacement, so when i contacted tmobile a few weeks later they advised they had not recieved the phone. after scrambbling to locate the tracking number they said they would look into it. i have called everyday to get the first phone off my credit when they know they have the phone and its impossible to use it after i mailed it off, i have information documenting this. they refuse to take off my credit or help in any way coming up with something new everytime i call. now the lemon they sold me at 600.00. and the nightmare this experiance has been. when this is over tmobile can take these phones and shove it....they have lost a loyal customer salt lake city Utah Author: salt lake city, Utah Cellular Phone Companies: T mobile slc, Utah

ICON HEALTH AND FITNESS PROFORM, NORDIC TRAC in Logan Utah Doesn't stand behind their products, no customer service, and doesn't back loyal employees, fires anyone who is injured and wont pay doctors, even their requested ones. They try to starve you out. Blue Box Sundays Jerome Walls Bryan Christopher Moon Tyrone Marples Kelly Blue Box Sundays I asked the manager at Rue Stantion location about a service for new customers. I was treated rudely and told to wait outside. Then the manager came and talked to me and said that I was not a new customer. I was really confused about everything because the manager talked so fast and just cared about what she could talk me into buying not about having a new loyal customer. I bought a package I thought was the best until I realized I didn't need it the next day I asked for a downgrade and they refused because they insisted I was not a new customer. They claimed I new what I was buying when I bought it. When I tried to tell her I was confused she was rude and said no. I never want to go back she made me feel aweful! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I could not understand why she would help me but Blue Box Sundays lost a customer they could have had for the long term.
