I contacted the 877 number in the invoice to question I then was told I had to communicate via e- mail with customer relations .. Which I have only received 1 response. I asked to have my balance corrected so I can forward a payment.. If my services were cancelled on march... Why am I still bieng billed and told through letters it will be turned over to collection.
