For the past 2 years I have followed this company, and have called the company using a different name and website and keyword to get information about their services over that time and have found out they use different website names and contact names and Rick is always the name he uses, he just changed the spelling of his last name when it comes to his sales pitch and phone numbers. The location is the same and the bank information is the same also, just the name of the company is different that he uses, FedEx number is the same. His main company is Internet marketing services, check out the Scam Reports for this guy below, 2 weeks ago when I called he is now called searchphrases.net, and I also received 4 other spam emails from different company names that goes back to this guy.

I was contacted by Rick Stevenson regarding banner ad advertising for my business. I was told that they have over 90 million computers across the country which had their "plugin " installed. This plugin (which is just malware) would allow anyone searching for my particular keyword (which I had to pay $2500 for in advance and would have sole ownership of for one year) to see a large banner ad at the top of the screen which when clicked on would bring the customer to my site. They also promised "at least 1500" hits to my site per month, which I would be able to monitor from their site using their statistics page. Once the money was paid, and everything was up and running, I started monitoring the hits form their site. I noticed the hits seemed to be just randomly generated. I compared it to the numbers which google Analytics showed, and they were drastically different. All in all, this company is a COMPLETE ripoff.

HOW IS IT THAT TARGETBANNERS CAN GET YOU TO THE TOP OF SEARCH ENGINES ... NOW DOES THAT MEAN IN THE REAL SENSE WHERE PEOPLE EVERYWHERE AT THEIR COMPUTERS SEE YOUR AD OR DOES THAT MEAN ON YOUR COMPUTER ON YOUR SCREEN IN THE LITERAL SENSE. GUESS THAT IS WHAT IT MEANS BECAUSE TECHNICALLY YOU ARE ON TOP OF THE SEARCH ENGINES VIA THE I-FRAME TECHNOLOGY AND THEIR YOUR BANNER AD IS RIGHT ON TO

PRETTY COOL EXCEPT THAT IT IS ONLY ON YOUR COMPUTER AND THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO DOWNLOADED THE DEMO FROM THE WEBSITE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO VIEW THE BANNER VIA THE DOWNLOAD. YOU WILL NOT APPEAR AS PROMISED ON ANYBODY ELSES COMPUTER SO THE TRAFFIC VIA THE BANNER YOU THOUGHT YOU BOUGHT IS NOT REAL

Cyberphrases - Eric Jarett ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, rudeness, breach of contract, liars, ignored phone calls Westlake Village California

Eric Jarett from Cyberphrases called my company in March 2005 and offered a great new way to advertise my business. The idea was to be at the top of many HOT search engines by using key words that will attract potential customers. I was charged for this service $4775.00

The contract clearly stated "Guarantee: if 2000 hits per phrase per month are not realized a complete refund will be given".

Before signing the contract, they called non stop. If I called them , they would answer my calls immediately.
When I realized that none of the promises were kept and instead of 2000 hits per phrase. I hardly got 300 hits per phrase. I tried to call and discuss it with Eric, but surprisingly enough he was always out of the office, busy, at a meeting , or just not available to speak to me.

I have not heard from him since April 2005.

Do yourself a big favor; DO NOT use CYBERPHRASES for your advertising needs.

    5.    KEYWORD ADVERTISING EDGE, Submitted: Mon, April 13, 2015
Keyword Advertising Edge are fraud. They promised me a banner AD that will be visible on Google and charged me US$3,000 of which I paid US$1,500 and we reached an agreement that the balance will be completed in about two months time. And they created the Banner AD but negative side is that this AD will not be visible to my computer untill the deceived me and installed a malware in my computer with out my permission, the deceived me by telling me that I need to upgrade my browser through their website, of which guided me on how it could be upraded, so once I did that, their Banned AD became visible on my computer. But the red flag is that my other two computer at home cannot access the same Banner AD, the reason being that their malware was not installed on my computers at home. I called the attention of Rick Stevenson who is architect of the fraud he advised me to give it 48 hours of which I did but after 1 week I did not receive a single call and my other computer is yet to access the Banner AD. I contacted the con artist by name Rick Stevenson that I will require them to wire my US$1,500 back, he threatened me with their Lawyers, My advise to everyone is to delete any mail from KEYWORD ADVERTISING EDGE immediately because if you call the, the chances that you will fall to their SCAM is very high. This is a Fraud, it need to be taken down

SCAM ALERT THIS IS A VISUAL CON DON'T DEAL WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES

    Internet Marketing Services, Inc.
    TopBannerAds
    OnlineBannersNow
    eBillboardsNA
    TargetBanners
    BestBannerAd
    RealPhrases
    AmericanKeywords
    BillboardRanking
    WebBannersOnline
    OnlineBannerAds.net
    firstplacebanner,com
    searchphrases.net

Here is how the con works. It's a three step visual process. You see it so it must be real. You buy a keyword that you think is going to appear as a banner above the search engine results for the word you bought. When you upgrade your browser on their website === which is the only way to see the demo or your banner you are under the false impression that millions will also have access to your banner if they use your keyword. (because they lied and told you that) FACT only people that will ever see your banner are the marks like me that bought a bogus keyword.

Visual two: Web Statistics on their website is designed to make it look like traffic. Wow was I happy to see all the traffic I was getting ... took only a couple days to figure out that the numbers are generated by them and by no means real. My websites were brand new so I could track it. Numbers don't lie ... it isn't real they generate the numbers. Others have reported when they said they demanded a refund they saw a huge spike in traffic as an attempt to convince them to stay on board. Again these numbers are fantasyland and not real.

Visual Three: Credibility. When you research the company on the front end before you sign a contract you check them out. You'll find very nice things all seemingly by independent SEO experts.
    ________________________________________________
Now the proof it's all fake. They wrote up the same reviews for every company exact same words for all. Check it out for yourself. Here is one article for TopBannerAds (((link redacted)))

Now take a section of the article ... i'll use
"has built a strong technical and sales force aimed at providing the best online marketing services at the most affordable costs in order to service a wider array of online clientele. Their experience goes back 10 years in the Email Marketing arena and another 6 years in the Search Engine Optimization field."

now pair the text with ANY of their business entities
    (text above + onlinebannersnow)
    (text above + ebillboardsNA)
    (text above + targetbanners)
and bingo the exact same article for all of them. That so called 10 years in one field and 6 in another lies all lies. Try it yourself ... instant proof they are smoke and mirrors. Check the web addresses on GoDaddy their web domain and you'll ee they haven't existed that long for these credentials. Gives you the warm and fuzzy that they have been in business for some time when they have not!

DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITEit is SpyWare or AdWare and will not upgrade your computer on the contrary. The only people in this world that see your banner if you bought a keyword are the few others they have conned and you ... that is it!

Hope I was of help and spared you your hard earned money! Stay clear of this guy who goes by Rick Jarrett / Eric Jarrett / Rick Jared / Charles Gordon / Richard Anderson III / Robert Palmer / Robert Howling and others.
