SearOutlet.com Still waiting for REFUND on damaged lawn mower! Internet
I purchased a lawn mower on searsoutlet.com on 04/29/2013. Today is 06/19/2013 and have yet to receive my refund. I contacted them the day UPS came to pick up lawn mower. At that time I was advised 2 weeks. It's been almost 2 months and i'm still waiting. Called twice with no resolution. 3rd call was left on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS OR SEARS OUTLET AGAIN.
