Sears Air Duct Cleaning services charge you for air ducts they don’t actually clean. Unfortunately, I recently had Sears Air Duct Cleaning service clean my air ducts. The technician counted and charged me for 27 vents however it is very clear that many vents were not cleaned or even opened, because the technicians left a mess at each vent that they did clean and they did not disturb the furniture or boxes to get to the other vents. Their large filthy piece of equipment leaked on my hardwood floor and ruined my carpet. I have been trying to talk to a supervisor at the service location 414-760-8900 but no one answers the phone, I leave a message and customer service reps from a Virginia office call me. Virginia office has AWFUL customer service. Sooooo disappointed in Sears; I have bought their products with great satisfaction and am shocked at how awful their services are.
