Called for a technician to come out to inspect our broken garage door.

When the technician arrived to examine the door he performed a tune-up at $129. I made the mistake of paying for the service when we only wanted the $40 service charge to tell us what was wrong with the door.

2 days later the door does not work, sears will not refund the money.

Be aware, if you only want a service call, make sure the technician knows its only to inspect the door, not to repair.
