On Friday, October 2, 2015, we purchased a Samsung – 4 Door – Refrigerator from Sears Outlet store in West Covina – 728 South Orange Ave. CA. 91790. Our sales associate was Mary.

We were told that our new refrigerator would be delivered on Monday, October 5, between 5PM and 7 PM. The refrigerator never arrived. I called the store and spoke to Marry. She told me that the refrigerator was accidentally sold to some else, and they were trying to get it back. I called back a few minutes later, and was told that the refrigerator was there, and it would be delivered today, October 6, 2015.

Again, the refrigerator did not arrived. I called the store several times; spoke to Maria, and others associates named Paul, and Adrian. No one seems to be able to give an answer as to when I can get the refrigerator. I asked to speak to a manager, but seems the manager was on a daylong lunch. Each time I asked for the manager I was told that the manager was on lunch. Fridge finally arrived seven days late.

Meanwhile, I lost three days of work, and food we kept on iceboxes began to spoil.

Managers, Anthony and Rose, as well as Sales Associate Maria said they would send me a manual for my fridge, and compensate me for the three days I lost. It has been a month, and none of them have returned my calls, or is available when I call.
