Sears Portrait Studio Ruining My Xmas Presents for 2011 Still waiting on Photos that Where purchase in NOV 2 Weeks Til Christmas Newington, New Hampshire

I have been going to Sears to get photos down for many years used to only use the Sear Portrait Studio in the Maine Mall but when I moved to NH decided to use the one at The Fox Run Mall in Newington NH been going there for 2 years. they screwed up a couple of times but never really had a problem until I took my daughter to get her Christmas Photos done for 2011. First we scheduled to have them done in the Middle of October so that we would have them in time for christmas. drove an hour and a half and the store staff was all new. The previous Manager who had given me two gift cards because they overcharged me twice in one year was no longer there and I had the coupons and wanted to use them. they where gift cards that there own manager had given. my fought with the store for over 20 mins I finally got them to agree to take them.

The took a photo shoot in less then 10 mins for a family of three and the pictures where horrible nons faces none smiling horrible. The women was trying to get my 22 month old to stand still and pose not going to happen never had this problem before. So they told me to come back and they would redo them. So I called the manager Crystal and she told me to come in on a day that she was in she would take the photos. we arrived 30 mins early waited 15 mins over our 4 o'clock appointment. the Manager did not take the photos but they came out ok could deal with that. By the time we left the store had been there for 4 hours and 30 mins. The pictures were supposed to be in in about 1 week so I called 2 weeks later. by know its December I need these photos for Christmas presents that have to be shipped out. I paid for them to be shipped to my house like I always have before the girl tells me my photos have been there over a week and they had no idea they where supposed to be sent to me. So 1 none calls the customer to tell them there product that they already paid for is in and 2 never ship an order that was already paid for.

So I ask them to ship them out oh I can't do that only a manager can so I asked when she would be in Know this is Tuesday she said Wednesday the Manager would be in so I waited till Thursday none called me so I called the store back oh the manager is gone for a week ok which on is it. by then I got a little mad and wanted the stores distract managers that called her which is Kelly she got the pictures delivered 5 days after I called her . I opened them all the words in my expensive package was cut off four Christmas sheets destroyed. Asked the store to fix the problem still waiting on them 2 weeks left till Christmas and know these Photos which have to be mailed out to my family are not here so they will be late a Merry Freaking Christmas to Me....
