Sears.com has a nasty habit of hiding any bad customer reviews of products on their website. Especially anything having to do with their in house brands such as Kenmore. They gladly accept customer ratings and reviews of their products that they sell and supply a star rating. But when a high end product gets bad reviews, they do not allow you to see the individual responses and customer feedback. Once you click on a product review that is low it just takes you to a multi listing of products that are for sale. If the product gets good reviews you are miraculously able to see the glowing reports. How convenient that they have website errors that are only to their advantage. Case in point, look at some of their dishwashers and microwaves from their kenmore elite series that have low ratings and watch what happens. Shame on you sears!!!!!! I was about to spend 1300.00 for a new dishwasher from your site but realized that the product got a bad set of reviews and I couldn't see why people didn't like it. Least to say I have purchased my dishwasher elsewhere and will not shop from such adeceptive company again. You are not the Sears we used to know and love anymore.
